Email for multiple domains. Fewer inboxes to check.
Each product needs its own identity. One person managing those products may only need one place to read their conversations.
Choose forwarding or full hosting
Forwarding is a useful fit when product addresses should arrive at a main inbox you already check. Full hosting is more appropriate when separate users need their own passwords, long-term mailbox storage, IMAP access or a calendar.
Keep the receiving product visible
Preserve which address and product received each conversation. Product identity is separate from action status: a billing question can need a reply, wait for a customer or be resolved. Do not group unrelated customers solely because their subject lines match.
Count domains and mail separately
A founder can have many quiet products. Generous but finite domain allowances let those products start small, while active sending volume can become the main upgrade trigger. Receiving, automatic forwards, storage and attachments still carry costs and need published resource policies.
Prove the reply path before migrating
Send an external test to each domain, check its appearance in the main inbox and verify that the response leaves with the correct product address. Test delivery failures and attachments too. The current SimplerEmail build provides domain and destination setup; it has not passed those transport tests yet.
