Service
SimplerEmail provides Google sign-up and sign-in, monthly and yearly subscriptions, and custom-domain mail receiving, forwarding to a verified main inbox, sending and replies from product addresses. Availability in an environment depends on its configuration; check Service status. Domains must be owned and registered separately by you.
Service limits
We do not provide IMAP/POP3, calendars, native Gmail labels or AI analysis. Google sign-in does not grant access to your Gmail inbox.
Free allowance
Up to 10 verified domains share 100 mail operations per UTC calendar month. Receiving one message, forwarding it once and replying once uses three operations. Account verification and password-reset mail is covered by the platform. Receiving, forwarding and sending are subject to quota and domain verification.
Subscriptions
Stripe handles checkout. Plans are billed monthly or yearly as shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the customer portal. Access follows the subscription status and current paid period. For billing or refund questions, contact support.
Your responsibilities
Connect only domains you own and mail you are authorized to process. Protect your account and verify DNS instructions before making changes. Do not use the service for bulk mail, spam, phishing or abuse.
Delivery and DNS
We do not promise delivery timing. Delivery can depend on external providers, DNS and recipient systems. Changing a live domain’s MX affects all its addresses; you are responsible for confirming the impact before changing records.
